Shipping Information

We ship within the United States only using UPS.
Shipping is fully automated—you will not be able to place an order if the item is out of stock.
At this time, we do not offer free shipping or allow customers to choose the warehouse location.

Returns Policy

Eligibility & Timeframes

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Defective or non-working parts may be returned within 90 days.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

You can start a return in two ways:

1. Log in to your account at https://account.b2bfsi.com and use our automated return portal.

2. Email us at support@b2bfsi.com to request return authorization.

🔁 Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
🏷️ Final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Shipping & Fees

• If we made a mistake, we will provide a UPS return label and cover return shipping.

• If the return is for any other reason:

  • Customer covers return shipping

  • A 25% restocking fee applies

  • Return must be initiated and delivered back within 14 days

Return Address: Provided after return request approval
Return Carrier: Only UPS is accepted

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Special-order or customized parts

• Used electrical components

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing takes up to 10 business days
