Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Defective or non-working parts may be returned within 90 days.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

If we made a mistake, we will provide a UPS return label and cover return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason:

Step 3: Align the new Vulcan Hart dial knob onto the shaft and press down firmly until it clicks into place.
